The Missing Phase

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 July 2026

The short version: reading this page sends us nothing about you beyond ordinary server logs. If you ask for the free guide, the email address you type in is used to send it to you, and you can unsubscribe with one click, any time. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, and no cookies on this site.

Who we are

The Missing Phase is operated by [registered legal entity name, registered address, Andorra] ("we", "us"). For any privacy question, email privacy@themissingphase.com.

The free guide & our email list

When you enter your email address to receive the free guide, you're giving us consent to store that address and email you: the guide itself, and follow-up emails from The Missing Phase about the method and our products. That consent is the legal basis for this processing (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), and you can withdraw it at any moment:

What this site does not do

Server logs

Like any website, our hosting provider (Hetzner, with servers in the EU) records basic technical request data (IP address, browser type, time of the request) when pages load. We use these logs only for security and to keep the site running, and they're discarded on a rolling basis.

If you buy a product linked from here

Some pages link to our paid products (such as The Reset). Checkout and payment for those are handled by Hotmart, which acts as merchant of record and processes your name, email and payment details under its own privacy policy: see hotmart.com. We never see or store your card details; we may receive confirmation that a purchase was made so we can grant access.

How long we keep things

Your email address stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Then it's removed from the active list. Server logs are kept only briefly, for the security purposes above.

Your rights

If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (for our emails, the unsubscribe link does exactly that). To exercise any of these, email privacy@themissingphase.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

The Missing Phase is intended for adults. This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles data, we'll update this page and its "last updated" date.
